Mr. Scharf was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Visa Inc., San Francisco, California (digital commerce), from November 2012 to December 2016. Prior to joining Visa Inc., he served in several senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citigroup Inc., and their predecessors.
