Ms. Winstanley has been in an illegal guardianship since 2014, with all of her rights removed, forced to live at Masonic Village in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania rather then Annapolis, Maryland which she has been petitioning the court since 2014 to be close to David and Liz her children. The day she was illegally found incapacitated in 2014 by Judge Jay Hoberg who only listened to his personal friend and doctor.
