How Trump could have won 2020

There was Voter Fraud.  The Democrats have found a system through the “Deep State”

How do we expose it?  On the ground with our local Grand Jury!

Our Constitutional framers created 4 arms of Government:  the Executive Branch, the Legislature, the Judiciary, and the 4th Arm of Government for the People “THE GRAND JURY”.

Our constitutional Framers thought of the sound Idea to create a structure allowing lay citizens to check

government excesses.  The jury system, one of the most obvious and enduring of such structures was

included in our governmental framework because of the widespread belief that the community's voice

would ensure a more just judicial system.  Requiring community consent before changing or charging a

person with a serious crime was considered so important that the grand jury structure was immortalized

in the Bill of Rights.

The first part of the Fifth Amendment reads as follows: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger

Despite the auspicious origins, the federal and state grand juries have become little more than a rubber stamp, indiscriminately authorizing prosecutorial decisions.  At best, grand juries are passive entities whose existence burdens judicial efficiency and needlessly drains federal funds.  At worst, grand juries continued presence individually maintaining the illusion of a community voice. This demands corrective action and permits increased prosecuted abuse and gives the community the opportunity to investigate state and federal government abuse.

The current status of the Grand Jury is the Government has hijacked it making the Grand Jury an administrative arm of the Legislature and the Judiciary  

Example:  The Russian Hox,  $40 Million spent of taxpayers money for Muller to expose the FBI & DOJ corruption or some say a cue to replace a president that some did not “like” it was about “feelings” and not “evidence”.  Whether you are a republican or democrat this should send a chill down your spine because if they can do this so openly with your money - think of what they can do to “you”.

The “Russian Hoax”  in some ways was a gift to the American public how it exposed:

• The lack of concern about how taxpayer money is used
• The way the “Rich and Powerful” vs “Main Street America”
• That the People need to use the “GRAND JURY” to take back America from the 545 people who are trying to control the narrative with the help of the Media

These are the people making the decisions for all Americans - the only redress the people have is the

Grand Jury asking for a “SPECIAL GRAND JURY” we or you become Muller. 

• You subpoena the witness and evidence to present to the Grand Jury.  

• You create the indictment using the government in place to expose the  Public Corruption  

The question then comes if President Trump had taken his fight for justice to the Grand Jury would the peoples' voice allow for a peaceful exposure of the “TRUTH” of voter fraud across the United States?

Will America stay the “Wild Wild West”  of democracy or become China's “Stay in your Lane” type society?
