All ages are represented at CPAC. American Legal News has covered CPAC at the Gaylord for several years and believes it to be the United States Constitutional Basis FOR THE PEOPLE.

The "WE THE PEOPLE" movement is to take back our country as patriots, using the rights that have been given us by the United States Constitution.

In covering the events I have appreciated the subject matter that CPAC covers - especially the injustice to many Americans as we get further in the rabbit hole of a two-tier system in our courts.

Any time you have an opportunity to attend a CPAC event we highly recommend it. You will walk away with a new understanding of what many patriots are fighting for when they fight for Justice in America as given us by our Constitution.

CPAC Memphis

The American Conservative Union Foundation will be hosting CPAC Memphis on October 29 and we'd like to invite you to attend.

This will be the second time CPAC will be coming to Memphis to host speeches, conversations, and panels on the issues most important to conservative grassroots activists. This year’s event will take a deeper dive into the issues discussed last year, focusing on the inherent dignity of the person. Within that framework we will specifically discuss economic issues, social issues, the 2^nd Amendment and criminal justice reform in Tennessee and the rest of the Southern Midwest region.

A feud lasting nearly four decades between a Virginia lawyer and the Virginia State Bar (VSB) is coming to a head Daniel and the VSB Rhetta Daniel has been practicing law in Virginia for almost forty years; from 1982 - 1920 she worked as a Senior Assistant Bar Counsel for the VSB, prosecuting bad lawyers for them. These proceedings could lead to the removal of a lawyer's license to practice law, and as such their ability to continue to practice law. He is indicted on 34 counts of theft and exploitation for stealing over $150,000 from 67 year old client Deeann Clark’s medical malpractice award in 2007 and by using guardianship to steal over $800,000 of the personal injury award he had litigated for victim Wilfred Bosserman, 19 in 2009.
